Tarbed is seeking a suitably skilled and experienced contractor to undertake the completion contract for the Sunnyside Wellness Village.
Sunnyside Wellness Village includes fifty-nine (59) residential units and a Health Centre.
The contract involves provision of a fully completed development including construction of the new buildings together with site preparation works, external works including extensive landscaping and drainage as well as required highways works.
Tarbed is working with Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board as a Third Party Employer involved in the project.
