Historic England is looking to appoint an experienced and qualified consultant to develop and produce a Conservation Management Plan (CMP) for Lowestoft Town Hall (Grade II).
The CMP is required to support a Stage 2 application for funding to the National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF); support planning and listed building consent applications for its regeneration and, lastly; to inform the ongoing management and maintenance of the Town Hall by Lowestoft Town Council (LTC) following completion of the regeneration project.
Historic England is procuring this on behalf the Lowestoft Town Hall Project Board, convened and led by Lowestoft Town Council (LTC), as part of its commitment to facilitating the regeneration of this important heritage asset as part of the North Lowestoft Heritage Action Zone.
