This will include emergency call out, all component parts required to maintain the equipment, plus all travel and labour costs during normal working hours.
All calls are to be attended within 24 hours of initial call out request.
Working hours are considered between 08.00 to 17.00 hrs.
Locks, unless an integral part of the door assembly, are not included.
