Responding to the invitation to tender: — You can now choose to “Reply” or “Reject” (please give a reason if rejecting). — You can now use the “Messages” function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification. — Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT. — There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available). Contract for the Execution of Environmental Facilities West Cross Phase 2.The Works include the upgrading of boundary and party wall fencing, gates, clothes lines, paths and hedges in accordance with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS).
There are two Lots available, as defined below.
Tenderers may submit a tender for one or both Lots; however, no Tenderer will be awarded more than one Lot.
As part of the PSQ, Tenderers must identify their preferred Lot in the event that they are ranked as the successful Tenderer for both Lots. • Lot 1 69 Houses • Lot 2 27 Houses 10 Blocks of Flats During the tender period there will be a broadcast through e-Tender Wales confirming two available dates and times where contractors will have the opportunity to visit site with the Project Management team.
During the site visit contractors will have the opportunity visit some previously completed properties as well as properties due to be undertaken.
