This IT system for corporate claims management system is required to: Record the claims provision reserve, Review historic claims for operational risk review, Review and compare cost of claims, Record claims under different policies and policy years, Be able to record claims separately under individual reference number's, with all of the claims details with the ability to import letters / emails / documents.

Ability to have open tasks to manage the claims through the process, Record repudiated claims, Pick up on potentially fraudulent claims, Record our legal fees and details of representatives, Prioritise work load with a reminder list, the system on a day to day basis needs to support claims handlers structure their work load and ensure compliance with CPR rules.

Manage the asset register (labelling properties under policies), including reinstatement cost, building type, contact details for the building and representative.

Ability to record fleet vehicles by registration and type Run reports for FOI, data comparisons, service delivery updates.

Produce reports on claims spend, claims by departments, claims by type, claims handlers, property, locations, injury / damage, open claims etc Be able to produce recharge calculations Work with the Ministry of Justice Portal In house ability to add departments, users, and further details by an administrator
