The Ward Manager Leadership Development Programme (£750k in year 1 and £750k in year 2) is focused on developing the leadership skills to foster person-centred, compassionate and therapeutic cultures of care within MHLDA inpatient staff teams.
This investment will fund a supplier or partnership of suppliers with expertise in: successful delivery of interventions across the MHLDA inpatient sector; meaningful co-production; and multi-disciplinary partnership working to achieve measurable outcomes in staff and patient experience.
