The brief

The overall purpose of this service is to enable young people to gather, understand and interpret information about their situation and empower them to fully participate in their year 11 transition review.

The service will be delivered through the provision of professional and independent one-to-one advocacy and be offered to all young people at their year 11 transition review (approximately 70 - 80 young people per annum).
