Kingston upon Hull City Council (the Authority) invites qualified and interested suppliers to tender for the provision of a contract for: Support for parents of children with additional needs to improve family emotional wellbeing .

The Authority proposes to enter into Contract for a maximum period of 33 months with the successful Tenderer (Service Provider), no extension will be granted to this contract.

The anticipated budget available for the duration of this contract is approximately £206,079.00.

Any bid that exceeds this value shall be treated as non-compliant and eliminated form further process.

The anticipated service commencement date is 8 October 2018.

The Authority envisages that the staff working on the current service shall transfer to the Service Provider or its subcontractors, under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) (TUPE).
