WMCA is exploring the option of utilising Microsoft Dynamics 365 omni channel contact centre capabilities to replace our current omni-channel contact centre solution.
The aim of conducting market engagement is to gain a better understanding of potential Microsoft Technology Partners and the size of the market that could deliver this service.
