Surrey County Council (SCC), Surrey Heartlands ICS and Frimley ICS (Surrey Heath, NE Hampshire & Farnham only) are procuring a new contract for the provision of a Dementia Navigators Service.
The new contract is anticipated to start no earlier than 1st June 2023 The contract will be a Countywide Service but will be delivered on a local area basis associated with the 11 Boroughs / Districts - Epsom & Ewell, Elmbridge, Guildford, Mole Valley, Runnymede, Spelthorne, Reigate & Banstead, Surrey Heath, Tandridge, Woking, Waverley, This PIN notice will be only used once and is requiring interested parties to confirm their interest in delivering this service
