We want to explore this question in order to build a strategy that has a real impact in improving people's experiences.
Developing the strategy will take around 3 years.
Information from user voice, data analysis and research pieces will be core to building a successful and impactful strategy and this will form the core of the year one work.
This procurement was undertaken through NHS SBS Consult 18: Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services Framework (Lot 3) following the Direct Award Process.
The Contract is awarded for a total period of 3 months.
Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including all optional contract extensions.
