Contract Award Notice for the tender for dispersed safe accommodation for those fleeing domestic abuse and that fall into the below groups: i) male victims (single males and those with children) ii) victims who are working and are unable to afford the rents and service charge at the refuge iii) victims with pets iiii) victims who cannot otherwise access the main refuge provision due to their gender, economic status, or family dynamic (having older male children, pets etc) To ensure a safe place for all victims when additional safe accommodation with support is required.
The accommodation will be available to the groups identified above, self-contained, and geographically dispersed.
The contract term will be for 12 months as stated in the RFQ documents.
Estimated contract spend is capped at £113,000 excluding VAT, across the 1 year contract term.
