This requirement is split into two (2) Lots; one (1) per CPV and bidders can submit a quotation for a single lot or multiple lots.
Each Lot will be evaluated individually and the fact that a Bidder secures one Lot does not mean that they will secure any other Lot which they have bid for.

Upon successful acceptance of the CPVs by the respective supplier(s), the work package is required to be undertaken between: HUNTER - 3rd February 2020 and 14th February 2020; SPEEDWELL - 2nd March 2020 and 13th March 2020.
Note; the parameters detailing as to where the works for each vessel are to take place are in the SoR.
Bidders are required to submit written quotations in both .pdf and .doc formats.
The purpose of this notice is to make the Statement of Requirements available and to invite potential suppliers to confirm they can fully meet the requirements by providing a fully itemised written quotation for the work package.
Those potential suppliers are invited to send an email to Ian McDermott, Home office Commercial: Ian.Mcdermott@homeoffice.gov.uk, confirming their interest in this opportunity, providing the itemised quotation, in addition to confirmation of yard availability on the stated dates.
