The brief

Assignment under the Market Research Framework MR130001 Since 2011, we have supplemented our two long term reputation surveys with annual qualitative and quantitative tracking research with audiences that are senior, hard to reach and politically sensitive.

This research will enable HMRC to gain a better understanding of external stakeholders’ requirements and perceptions of HMRC on an ongoing basis, specifically to: • benchmark and track the impact of our efforts to improve our reputation • inform us on how we communicate and engage with stakeholders • gain insight into stakeholder views to identify specific areas for improvement.
