West Lancashire Borough Council is undertaking a review of its current banking and merchant acquiring arrangements and is inviting potential service providers to tender for new contracts to commence as follows: Banking: April 1st, 2019. Merchant Acquiring: no later than November 19th, 2018 The tender is divided into two Lots.
The Council is willing to consider bids from separate suppliers of banking and merchant acquiring services and tenderers are invited to bid for either or both of these Lots.
The new contracts will have the following durations: Lot 1: Banking: an initial period of 7 years, with the option to renew for a further 3 years.
Lot 2: Merchant Acquiring: an initial period of 3 years, with the option to renew for a further 2 years.
