North Wales Fire & Rescue Service seek a suitably experienced and qualified plumbing and heating engineering contractor to complete the works at their Dolgellau Fire and Training Centre and to upgrade their heating system.
This will be a in two stages; with stage 1 boiler house/plant room refurbishment of a gas central heating system, all associated plant to be upgraded, Installation of BMS controls Trend, (Building Management System) along with the replacement of their appliance bay high-level heaters.
This will be a like for like gas upgrade to offer an improved 98% efficiency rating.
This tender is for the stage 1 upgrade.
