WDC - Provision of Housing Repairs and VOIDS maintenance for Warwick District Council Housing Stock
Warwick District Council (WDC) is looking to procure a contractor for its Housing Repairs and Voids maintenance works to its 5,500 homes.
The current contract due to end 31st March 2026 was let for for 4 years, and an option to extend for a further 4 years was also taken.

In addition, the Council has made an ambitious commitment to ensure that all of its contracted services are net-zero carbon by 2030.
We would like to engage with suppliers to establish how feasible this commitment is within this particular market.
We are currently exploring options regarding: o Contract model and length o Budget suitability o Distribution of risk o Specified requirement feasibility o Innovation opportunities o Suitable performance measures To help us understand these options, we would like interested suppliers to complete and return the attached Housing Repairs and VOIDS Market Engagement Questions.
