Campus wide emergency lighting monthly testing and annual testing (ranging from maintained, none maintained, self-contained and central battery systems of mixed voltages 230v, 110v, 24vsystems. (Excluding Media City and New Adelphi building).

It is part of the fire safety provision of a building and a requirement of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 any work on emergency lighting systems shall be carried out to the current BS 5266 The initial tender is for 12 months (11 x monthly tests followed by 1 annual test) the annual test is to be carried out in July.
