The brief

Progress Housing is establishing a Framework Agreement for the procurement of Energy and associated services for Contracting Authorities that join the Framework.

The Framework will be divided into three lots which are: Lot 1 - Non Half Hourly Electricity Lot 2 - Half Hourly Electricity Lot 3 - Gas Only Energy Suppliers with a valid UK electricity supply licence, who have also signed up to all the associated Registration, Distribution, Connection & Use of System, Balancing & Settlement Agreements are eligible to apply to be included in this Framework Agreement, and individual Call offs will be subject to mini competitions.

Only Energy Suppliers with a valid UK Gas Licence are eligible to apply to be included in this Framework Agreement, and call offs will be subject to mini competitions.Energy Brokers with Supply Licences will not be eligible and should not apply.
