ULTH and NUH are seeking to engage, pre-procurement, with providers of Enteral Nutrition Products with capability to provide an Enteral Nutrition Nursing Service.
In order to help shape the requirement, we are asking that suppliers review and complete our Preliminary Market Engagement questions to provide insights which will help to inform our development of a specification and contract opportunity which is attractive to the market and helps us to improve value for money.
The aim of the planned joint procurement is to find one supplier who can deliver these products and services for both NHS Trusts.
The procurement will be one process which results in two identical contracts; one for each NHS Trust.
The anticipated values of the contracts are approximately: United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust: £8,000,000 over 4 years Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust: £14,000,000 over 4 years Contract values are provided as an estimate only.
This is not guaranteed and is subject to change depending on the information provided via Preliminary Market Engagement and any changing national guidance on Enteral Nutrition provision.
ULTH and NUH are currently exploring sourcing options and no decision on the route to market has been determined at this time.
