The brief

The Riverside Group Limited (TRGL) have approx.

266 buildings within its property portfolio spread nationally, which have been identified as high rise/risk buildings.

A breakdown of these properties per region is as follows: 1.

North: 46 Properties (est. value for EWS = 276,000.00 GBP, est. value for remedial works = 230,000.00 GBP) 2.

Liverpool City Region: 95 Properties (est. value for EWS = 570,000.00 GBP, est. value for remedial works = 475,000.00 GBP) 3.

South & Central: 125 Properties (est. value for EWS = 750,000.00 GBP, est. value for remedial works = 625,000.00 GBP) TRGL would like to obtain EWS1 Forms for these buildings, although it may only be a small proportion of them depending on customer requirements.

As such, TRGL require External Wall Surveys (EWS) to be completed on each of the buildings, with a view to producing EWS1 Forms where required.

TRGL are aware that there may be some remedial works required following the EWS that will need satisfactory completion prior to an EWS1 Form being produced.

Furthermore, TRGL will require a management consultant/CDM to manage the various aspects of this project mentioned above.

The purpose of this soft market testing exercise is to gain a further understanding of the supply chain and how these type of projects are typically delivered, to enable TRGL to structure its requirements in a way that meets market capabilities.

Although "Lots" have been defined in this notice, we are asking that interested parties COMPLETE AND RETURN our soft market testing document entitled 'TRGL - EWS1 Soft Market Testing' via our e-tendering portal RiverSource NO LATER THAN 12PM (NOON) FRIDAY 5TH MARCH 2021, as the feedback received may change the Lot structure, or could result in no Lots being required and TRGL procuring our requirements as one contract.
