Background Corby Enterprise Centre benefits from approximately fifty (50) companies operating on-site, comprising of approximately two-hundred (200) staff.

The reception is open between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and between 8:30am and 4:30pm on Fridays.

Corby Enterprise Centre has previously had a contract with an on-site café operator, but additional café and catering businesses, which have recently opened in the area, have increased the options for the clients and visitors to the Centre, making any on-site offer less attractive for any potential operator.

What's on Offer?

Corby Enterprise Centre has a small kitchen and serving station available to rent, which benefits from eye and base level storage, which comprise: 1.

Under-counter storage (beneath serving station); 2.

Small drawers x4; 3.

Large drawers x4; and 4.

Cupboards x5, 3 of these are lockable.

The following appliances are also included for use: 1.

Small fridge x1; 2.

Kettle x1 3.

Toaster x1; and 4.

Microwave x1.

Also included in the offer is a sit-down area for customers, which includes the use of five (5) tables, each with four (4) chairs.

Other Considerations The contract term will be a minimum twelve (12) months.

The first six (6) months will be Rent Free.

Rental cost includes all utilities (water, gas and electricity).

If the Corby Enterprise Centre have any catering requirements for meetings, events, etc., the opportunity to cater these will be offered to any in-house café operator in the first instance.

There are two (2) vending machines in reception area which offer tea & coffee and crisps, chocolate & cold drinks.

These vending machines will remain on-site and are the exclusive responsibility of a separate third-party provider.

The Good Bean Café, is located opposite the Corby Enterprise Centre, offering a selection of hot and cold drinks and hot & cold food.
