The Authority is entering into a contract for the delivery of a programme of capital investment works to its residential housing stock.
The housing stock is a variety of ages and construction type and includes multi storey buildings as well as some traditional street properties.
The programme consists of external works to all properties including roofs, windows, environmental works and similar.
The majority of the works within the programme will be undertaken with residents in occupation.
The Authority intends to enter into a contract with a service provider for a period of 96 months with an option for the Council to break the contract, at its sole discretion, at 36 months and 72 months.
The form of delivery contract will be a bespoke form of TPC 2005 Term Partnering Contract (as amended).
The anticipated value of the contract is 55000000 GBP.
