The brief

Birmingham City Council is seeking for a broker service to manage the provision of energy management and water services and provide specialist advice and market intelligence to assist and support the strategic management of the portfolios.

The contract will be for a period of two years, with the option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months extension subject to satisfactory performance or changes in market conditions.

BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
