The scope of the contract includes the provision of leadership development interventions for up to 55 senior leaders, including the Executive Leadership Team and CEO.
Delivery will consist of a blended approach, including full cohort sessions, smaller group interventions, and complementary development activities such as coaching and peer learning, aligned to OS’s learning philosophy.
The contract will be awarded for an initial term of three years, with the option to extend annually for up to a further two years (3+1+1), subject to performance and organisational need.
The anticipated contract start date is December 2026.
This opportunity is aimed at experienced providers with a proven track record of delivering leadership development programmes for senior leaders within complex organisations, with demonstrable evidence of achieving measurable behavioural and organisational outcomes.
The estimated value of the contract including any possible extensions is £500k.
This figure represents the expected anticipated budget available for this contract and is provided for guidance only.
Ordnance Survey (OS) does not guarantee any level of spend and makes no commitment to utilise the full value.
OS is seeking to achieve best value for money, and suppliers are expected to propose solutions that demonstrate a clear balance of quality, impact, and cost.
Due to the flexible and demand-led nature of the services, OS does not have a fixed or predetermined spend profile, and actual expenditure will depend on organisational requirements over the contract term.
The final contract value will therefore be determined through the outcome of the procurement process and the delivery of services in accordance with the agreed contract.
