The brief

The provision of Venue Resources to the East Midlands Leadership Academy to support delivery of their leadership development portfolio.

The overall aim is to provide the highest standard of venues and venue support to accommodate EMLA’s diverse and demanding work portfolio. * Tier one venue definition is a venue that is the first port of call for all EMLA activity.

Tier two is only used when the tier one venue cannot accommodate the required activity for justifiable reasons such as interventions that require delivery within their own geographical location.

Tier two venues will be commissioned at the discretion of EMLA should they be required. * The tier one venue will need to be centrally located in the East Midlands and have good road access to be in a position to accommodate equitable travel times from across the five counties of, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. ** This project shall be conducted via the EU-Supply.com e-procurement portal. https://uk.eu-supply.com/app/rfq/publicpurchase_frameset.asp?PID=16060&B=UK&PS=1&PP=ctm/Supplier/publictenders
