The brief

Cumbria County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Framework Partner to work with the Council and Partners, and progress a two stage feasibility study, to explore the potential provision of a Blue Light Hubs (BLH) in the Sandside area, between Arnside and Milnthorpe.
