The brief

This procurement exercise is to establish a ‘Flexible Framework Agreement’ in accordance with Regulations 74-76 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (further referred to as 'Flexible Framework (FF)') for the provision of Care at Home Services for Adults and Older People.

The FF allows for New Entrants to be admitted, as Providers, after it has been established.

Following award, successful Providers will also be able to amend locations to their service offering in accordance with the terms of the FF.

Inverclyde Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint Providers on to a FF for the provision of Care at Home Services which will be delivered to Supported Persons residing within Inverclyde and who are clients of the Council acting on behalf of Inverclyde Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP).

Providers will only be commissioned in accordance with their level of experience, training, adopted management actions, supervision, working practice and their level of Care Inspectorate grades.

The value provided in II.1.5 is an ESTIMATE only for the total period of the FF of 4 years, with an option to extend a further 1 year.
