The London Borough of Bromley ("the Council") is keen to engage with suitably experienced providers of flexible mental health services in order to provide cost effective, recovery focused & collaborative approaches to support services.
The Council believes that access to flexible support will ensure that people receive timely interventions while living in their own home, reducing the need to go into residential or emergency care or treatment.
The ability to be supported in a familiar setting is crucial to helping people maintain some normality while dealing with difficult conditions.
This is an important aspect of rehabilitation and recovery.
The Council will be holding a Mental Health Flexible Support Service Provider Engagement Day on Tuesday 15th January 2019 from 13.30 to 16.30 in the Council Chamber, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH to help inform and guide providers around the procurement and service requirements of this Tender and the next steps.
Organisations wishing to attend the event are requested to read all the attached information and return the Register of Interest via ProContract by Thursday 10th January 2019.

This notice does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services and the Council is not bound to accept any proposals offered.
The Council is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in the soft market testing exercise.
Any procurement of any services by the Council in due course will be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Council's Contract Procedure Rules.
