Framework for Roofing Contractors
TO TENDER FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED SUPPLIER ON WWW.OPEN-UK.ORG AND INSERT REFERENCE OPEN 202621 TO SEARCH FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY. This Framework will be available for use by DCC and additional Contracting Authorities, where they have entered into a Procurement Service Level Agreement (SLA) with DCC and to other Organisations and Local and / or Non-Local Authorities where agreed with DCC. Bidding organisations can apply for one or multiple lots. There may be a requirement for other types of roofing systems or the roofing systems may merge over Lots if this is requirement for works all successful Contractors across all Lots will be invited to tender. A maximum of the 3 bidding organisations who achieve the highest overall weighted score will be awarded a position on the framework for each lot. Any proposed award or call off for any type of roofing system is subject to the maximum rates applicable as tendered within the schedule of rates The Framework period is 2 years, with the options to extend up to 2 x 12 months, from the contract end date. Framework commencement date is 1st April 2026. 1% retrospective rebate based on all business transacted via this Framework for the entire duration of the Contract period including all extensions. For this Roofing Framework (applicable to all Lots), social value will apply to competed or direct call offs the Council will take into consideration for example, but not limited to, duration, budget, and complexity of a project The call off for work will be on an as and when required basis, there is no guarantee given to the amount of business to the successful contractors.
