HSE require the supply of hydrogen gas for use during a research test programme.
The gas is intended to be used by piping into an existing pressure reduction system which will meter the gas through to a flow management system.
The supply should be at least 500 barg (approximately 800 kg, other pressures may be accepted) and be capable of a hydrogen flow rate of at least 0.4 kg/s.
The supplier should provide technical details for the mass flow rate capability of the system.
The supplier should provide details of interfaces with the system and any other equipment requirements.
Two deliveries are required between 2027 - 2028.
Please also include trailer rental in the quote, HSE expect to need to rent the trailer for a month for each delivery.
