The Defence Munitions Commercial team (The Authority) has a potential future requirement for calibration and repair of electronic test and measuring equipment currently in use at DM Beith, Ayrshire.
The requirement is to provide a routine calibration of all the equipment on at least an annual basis but with some equipment requiring additional calibration and/or repair.
A full schedule will be provided with the Invitation to Tender (ITT) pack.
These calibrations may require the provision of a UKAS certificate when requested by the Authority which the Supplier must be able to provide with traceability to BS EN ISO IEC 17025.
The requirement will be for a 3-year contract, with two optional extension years.

ITT packs will only be issued to Suppliers who have expressed an interest before this deadline.
The competition for this requirement will be limited to a maximum of ten (10) Bidders.
The Authority reserves the right to ask additional, pre-qualification questions to any Bidder who has expressed an interest, prior to ITT release.
