The Consultant needs to provide expertise and experience in the following: •An understanding of Hydro Electric Construction schemes, including utilities components. •Sites in rural locations. •Working with NEC4 ECC, including experience of the Project Manager role, Supervisor role and contract dispute resolution. •Work on public sector projects. •A detailed understanding of CDM. •Understanding of public procurement. •An understanding of carbon reduction strategies for similar projects •Chartered civil/structural engineering experience •Chartered mechanical and electrical engineering experience •Chartered cost consultancy experience.
