The FCA distributes these papers to allow board to members to engage in the FCA decision making process.

There will be circa 200 external parties accessing the papers.

Access needs to be secure and compliant with FCA security standards and managed from within the FCA.

In addition, the service must: •support upload of all commonly used document formats •have an interface that is easy to use for administrators, content uploaders and content consumers •provide comprehensive performance analytics •be able to store documents •allow us to upload files •have a customisable interface which can be adapted to the FCA brand •provide the ability for external users to download the files and provide FCA with an audit trail of this activity •Provide analytics on service usage •offer notification emails sent to other system users upon upload •a way of grouping content via categories or folders
