There is the option to extend for two further twelve month periods.
The maximum contract value between 1st July 2015 – 31st March 2016 is £37,500 and from 1st April 2016 – 31st March 2017 is £50,000.
The service shall provide: 1)Assessment and support delivery to a minimum of 30 (thirty) children and young people per annum, aged 0 up to 18th birthday, living in Shropshire LA area.
Where relevant, support needs to be extended to other family members.
