Guildford Borough Council is seeking to appoint a term Contractor to undertake the following activities: Carry out an annual planned maintenance visit on Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) systems already installed and those installed under this contract.
Planned maintenance shall be in accordance with the manufacturers requirements to maintain the 5-year warranty and efficient operation.
Payment for planned maintenance will be SOR/per visit.
The number of ASHP systems installed to date is 154.
