Folllowing initial work by the Information Assurance Team the following areas have been identified for further work • Enable the Information Assurance Team to have a fit for purpose Information Asset Register • Assist with putting procedures in place for administering data subjects rights • Ensure Privacy Risk Assessment Procedures in place and compliant with GDPR • Embed a process for mapping data flows • Complete gap analysis Scope of initial services: • Complete information audit • Validate the information asset register • Complete GDPR gap analysis • Review Existing privacy by design procedures • Advise process improvements where necessary • Prepare GDPR implementation plan • Facilitiate GDPR implementation plan • Support the completion of data flow maps for each personal data set
