The brief

This Procurement has established a single Supplier Contract for the purchase of eDislosure end-to-end Service Package for two projects for the Covid-19 Inquiry.

This Contract will be between the successful Supplier and the Contracting Authority (Government Legal Department (GLD).

The contract is for an initial 61-month period with the Contracting Authority having the option to extend for a maximum of 24 further months in 12 month increments (5+1+1).

The Contracting Authority proposals is for an End-to-End Service Package under Lot 2 of RM6203 eDisclosure and Review Services for two department projects.

The two Client departments are: - Department of Health and Social Care - Chief Medical Officer and Deputy Chief Medical Officers
