The objectives of the HIOSA are as follows: • Create a clear site narrative which identifies key themes that contribute to the landscape character • Identify opportunities for heritage-led management within the landscape • Define archaeologically sensitive areas and assess the impact of specific land management change proposals on them • Suggest further work to inform proposals or mitigate impacts • Identify opportunities to enhance the heritage resource through community projects • Create clear maps and provide GIS shapefiles of the outputs
