The Moray Council is seeking an experienced multi– disciplinary design team with exceptional and specialist design skills, particularly in relation to working with listed buildings to deliver a new cultural attraction and heritage venue for Moray in Cooper Park, Elgin.
The reinstatement and extension of the much-loved grade B listed Grant Lodge (1766), sited in a beautiful and strategic location, will be delivered as a key part of the Moray Growth Deal Cultural Quarter project.
