Great Yarmouth Borough Council (GYBC) wishes to consult with potential operators on the design of the proposed café space within the new leisure centre and to obtain input as to the possible and not limited to the menu offering that can be implemented within the café to promote healthy/wellbeing lifestyles within the Borough.
The objective is for market participants to provide advice and guidance to assist GYBC on the planning of any procurement procedure of an operator and to ensure that the design for the café space is suitably flexible to accommodate a range of menus and uses of the space.
Material information received from the market will not be published, to protect any future procurement procedure (if any), however it will be considered in the further development of the design for the space and in developing any procurement documentation.
