Provision of an advanced clinical assessment, triage, treatment and management service for locally registered patients in Harrow, involving patient clinics accessed from scheduled community based appointments.

The requirement includes integrated clinical advice and guidance provided remotely for referring clinicians to inform management of patient conditions.

NHS Harrow Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has awarded an interim 6 month contract for community services (with the potential option to extend for up to a further 18 months).

The award of the interim arrangement will be made to the incumbent provider to ensure continuity of necessary service provision to local patients whilst the CCG undertakes a necessary review of its requirements to develop a new specification during this interim period.

The review will need to take account of new emerging models of care.

The Contracting Authority is reserving the right to extend this interim arrangement for up to 24 months to enable implementation of the new service model that is expected to emerge from this next phase of review and development. .

The clinical Services included in this contract include: MSK Orthopaedics, MSK Rheumatology, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Paediatrics, Neurology and Haemorrhoids, Physiotherapy, Gastroenterology and ADHD.
