Heathlands Care Home is a major new health and care facility to deliver integrated care to meet the growing dementia and nursing need in Bracknell Forest.
Heathlands Care Home will consist of a Dementia Nursing Care Home and an Intermediate Care Service.
Bracknell Forest is seeking a provider who, as well as delivering the Dementia Nursing Service, will provide excellent hotel and facilities management services across both services, value an open and collaborative, partnership approach and deliver safe, high quality, value for money and person-centred services.
The contract will be for a maximum term of 10 years.
