Pursuant to Reg.
40 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) the contracting authority is conducting market consultation with a view to preparing the procurement of household recycling centres' (HRC) services & informing economic operators of their procurement plans & requirements.
The authority invites economic operators with experience of providing HRC services to attend a market consultation day on Thursday 16th January 2020.
Economic operators intending to attend are requested to complete a market consultation questionnaire which is available on the Buckinghamshire Portal and return it to the authority via the Portal by 17:00 hours on Wednesday 8th January 2020.
Responses will be discussed with individual economic operators during 50 minute meetings on Thursday 16th January 2020.
Following the meeting economic operators are requested to complete their final market consultation questionnaire and return it to the authority by 17:00 hours on Monday 20th January 2020.
The requirements for participation in any procurement for household recycling centres' services will be set out in a separate contract notice.
