The brief

The Department for the Economy (DfE) wishes to appoint a Contractor to develop a High-Level Design plan for the implementation of electricity smart meters in Northern Ireland.

It is anticipated that the contract will commence in January 2024 and will run until the final report is approved by the Client.

The initial contract period is 5 months with three options to extend for any period up to and including one month each.

DfE has allocated a maximum budget of £125,000 (excluding VAT) for the fulfilment of the whole contract.
