The Northern Ireland Prison Service (NIPS) (The Buyer) is an Executive agency of the Department of Justice NI (DOJ NI) and is responsible for the management of His Majesty’s Prisons in Northern Ireland.
The Buyer wishes to establish a contract for the supply and delivery of footwear for both prisoners and staff.
The requirement will be divided into three (3) separate lots: Lot 1 – Inmates General and Safety Footwear, Lot 2 – Officer/Staff Safety Footwear, and Lot 3 – Public Order Footwear.
The contract will be for a period of five (5) years with no options to extend beyond this period.
