Improvement Plan Survey Support
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits in the lower-middle of the Research & Development band — a mid-scale opportunity. Based on 20,405 valued Research & Development tenders in our corpus.
LCC is seeking support to develop a suite of surveys conducted on an annual basis for the next three years to provide part of this evidence.
The surveys will ascertain the "temperature" of the organisation and the views of Councillors, Officers and residents of the city, capturing views, opinions and perceptions of the Council.
Whilst each survey will be an individual piece of bespoke research, together they need to align through the communal strands of the City Plan, Mayoral Priorities and the Improvement Plan for the Council.
It is hoped that these surveys will help to both illustrate the progress that is being made by the Council through our Improvement Plan, but also to identify additional issues and areas that may need to be considered in future iterations.
LCC is therefore looking to undertake the following three surveys: 1.
Resident survey; 2.
Staff survey; 3.
Members (local councillors) survey.
This relates to previous Early Engagement Exercise on DN561745 CF ref LPOOL001-DN5617465-05598713.
