The objective of the procurement is to create a panel consisting of up to seven insolvency practitioner firms to provide sufficient capacity and capability to meet the Commissioners anticipated requirements over a 4 year period.
The panel will be split into two lots.
Up to five of the chosen insolvency practitioner firms will be licensed to practice in England & Wales and will make up Lot 1.
Up to two of the chosen insolvency practitioner firms will be licensed to practice in Scotland and will make up Lot 2.
