West Berkshire Council (WBC) are seeking to enter into a long-term concessionary-based contract with a ChargePoint Operator (CPO) to mobilise and deliver a significant programme of delivery of charging points across West Berkshire.
The CPO will be contributing private funding to fulfil West Berkshire's EVCI requirements.
WBC will be committing a fixed amount of capital grant funding.
