The solution should have the following functionality: 1) capable of running multiple payrolls with different paydates and payscales; 2) capable of handling a minimum 2200 multiposts; 3) capable of handling pension deductions; 4) solution must be HMRC accredited; 5) self service function for staff; 6) have a flexible customer generated reporting tool; 7) have workflow management; 8) be capable of integrating with other Council systems including Matsoft application.
